Royal Mail – Free Postage – Minimum £20 order in UK, Wales, Scotland and North Ireland, and minimum of £30 for all EU countries.
The package is untracked, and will be sent on economy postal service with an estimated delivery time of between 2-3 working days and only applies to orders placed before 3 pm Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after this time will be despatched the next working day. This service is free of charge to any qualified customers.
Royal Mail Tracked – 24-Hour
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a fully tracked service that has an estimated delivery time of between 1-2 working days and only applies to orders placed before 6.30 pm Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered Saturday. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the next working day. Costs from £3.50.
Royal Mail Tracked – 48-Hour
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a fully tracked service that has an estimated delivery time of between 2-3 working days and only applies to orders placed before 6.30 pm Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after this time will be despatched the next working day. Costs from £2.95.
Dispatch
All shipments in the UK are sent via Royal Mail.
We will post your shipment within 24 hours if you place the order during weekdays.
And the next following Monday, if you place the order during weekends.
All International deliveries will take 5-6- working days delivery subject to customs clearance, we will not be responsible for any delay in delivery.
Tracking Numbers
After we have completed dispatching the shipments, we will update your order with the tracking number, and you will automatically receive an email from us.
Free Postage
All orders over £20 placed over weekends and bank holidays in UK, Scotland, Wales and North Ireland will, and all orders over £30 in EU will not be dispatched until the next working day. You may receive a notification saying that your items have been shipped outside of these times, but this does not mean that it has been collected by the courier, this is to indicate that your order is awaiting collection by the courier.
Upgraded delivery
At our discretion, we may upgrade the postage option for orders of significant value or heavy items, we will not charge you any extra postage fees for this.
Please note
We may provide your telephone number and/or e-mail address to the nominated courier for tracking purposes and for them to notify you of an approximate delivery time. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days following dispatch (UK orders) and 15 working days (non-UK orders) please contact us by quoting your order number in all correspondence.
Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct, as we will not replace or re-send any order at our expense if incorrect details have been supplied by you.
